Custom design products may take longer to produce. The price is FOB “Tanjung Emas” Sea Port, Semarang – Java Central, Indonesia. No order on items will be prepared until we received the deposit (for FCL and LCL). The order can not to be cancelled, and no refund for cancelled order.

Minimum Order Quantity:

Sample or Retail Order For sample or retail order ( maximum 10 unit ), will be send by air / sea freight and the cost will be on importer. Furniture Price + airfreight / seafreight ( per cubic meter ) + forwarder fees. Less Container Loading (LCL) The LCL If your order only few items and the quantity less than 1X20 ft container. The minimum order is 2 item, and could be combine with the other furniture suplier. Furniture Price + airfreight / seafreight ( per cubic meter ) + forwarder fees. Full Container Loading (FCL) The FCL we will be used if the order more than 30 pcs, so the quantity can be loaded with 1X20 ft or 40 ft container, depend on the selected items.

Delivery Time:

Approximately 4-6 weeks for normal delivery , custom designed take little longer or agreed by both parties, depends on the items and quantity, should be discussed at time of order. Payment Methode : Use TT

Payment :

Deposit / Down Payment must be transferred for 50% and received in maximum 10 days after Purchase Order is agreed. And then the balance must be payable in 3 days before the shipment. For the Sample or Retail Order must be transferred full in the front after the order are agreed.

Finishing System:

Using NC [Nitro Cellulose], Traditional Finished (Polythur), ML [Melamine Lack], Antique Teak Oil, Painted, Or by customer request.

Packaging:

Price including packing materials. Using Single Face Paper & Foam Sheet [Double Wrapping].

Guarantee:

All of our products sold to the original owner are guaranteed for standard use. We offer warranty product. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from accident, alteration, misuse, tampering, negligence, abuse, or normal wear. Our guarantee is for replacement of goods or cash credit against future orders and does not include any other cost such as freight, re stocking or other charges.
